Capacity building is one of the most important aspects of any reform process. 

To complement our technical skills in the pensions sector, Callund provides assistance to pension sector organisations, such as Ministries of Social Security and private pension funds and their supervisors and regulators in institutional development - including change management, human resources development and training.
