 Preparation of a complex financial projection model to simulate options for pension reform in Abu Dhabi.  Preparation of individual calculation model.

Preparation of an actuarial report to summarise the results. 

Consideration of options for change and comparison of the emerging costs and benefits under each of the options with the costs and benefits attributable to the existing pensions and benefits structure.

Full actuarial valuation and report and presentation of a desk-top valuation model

Review of the findings with the Board of the Fund in anticipation of presentation of recommendations by the Board to the Executive Council of Abu Dhabi
